Hearing tests (audiometric screening)

Integrated Health Corporate provides high quality, reliable, and convenient audiometric testing at your workplace.  All of our hearing tests are performed on-site at your workplace, fitting seamlessly into your daily operations, to ensure minimal disruption and downtime.

Your duty in relation to audiometric testing

Regular audiometric testing should form part of your overall health and safety program.

Under Safe Work Australia Regulations (WHS Regulation 58) ‘persons conducting a business or undertaking’ (PCBU) must:

  • Organise audiometric testing for all employees required to use personal hearing protectors at work where noise exceeds the maximum exposure standard
  • Provide audiometric testing within three months of new employees commencing work that exposes them to a risk of occupational hearing loss
  • Continue to offer follow-up audiometric tests at least every two years.

Integrated Health Corporate assists in complying with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations. All of our hearing tests are conducted by highly qualified and experienced Audiometrists and follow the correct testing and reporting process, outlined in AS/NZS 1269:4 2014 Occupational Noise Management – Auditory assessment.
